Clients may request cancellation within 24 hours of payment, provided the service has not been initiated.
Once work has commenced, cancellation requests may not be accepted.

Due to the customized and professional nature of our services:

• Payments are non-refundable once service delivery has commenced.
   
• If payment is made in error or duplicate payment occurs, the excess amount will be refunded within 7–10 working days after verification.
   
• Approved refunds will be processed through the original payment method.
   

Any service-related concerns must be reported within 7 days of service delivery. We will review and address the issue promptly and professionally.
